Information we collect
When you request service, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, service address, and requested service. We collect the information you choose to submit.
Do not submit passwords, payment card information, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through the form.
Zoho Forms
Our contact form is provided and processed through Zoho Forms. The embedded form is not loaded until you choose to load it. When you load or submit the form, information may be transmitted to and stored by Zoho on our behalf.
How submissions are transferred
Zoho sends form submissions over an encrypted connection to Cloudflare. The contact information is encrypted again before it is temporarily placed in a processing queue. A restricted local process retrieves and decrypts it for storage in our SQL Server database. SQL Server is not exposed directly to the public Internet.
How we use your information
We use submitted information to respond to your request, communicate about service, provide customer service, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the form from abuse. We do not sell contact-form information.
Security and retention
We use safeguards designed to protect submitted information, including encrypted transmission, application-level queue encryption, restricted credentials, limited database permissions, and duplicate-submission controls. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain submissions only as long as reasonably needed for service, recordkeeping, legal, and security purposes, then delete or de-identify them according to our retention procedures.
Your choices
You can use the phone number or email address on this website without loading the Zoho form. If you previously allowed the embedded form, use the “Reset form privacy choice” button below to remove that saved browser preference.
Correcting or removing a submission
To request access, correction, or deletion, email customerservice@rpcky.com. Include enough information to identify the submission. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required or permitted by law.
