When you use the Contact Us form, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, and information included in your message or other form fields. We collect the information you choose to submit.
Do not submit passwords, payment card information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the form.
Zoho Forms
Our contact form is provided and processed through Zoho Forms. The embedded form is not loaded until you choose to load it. When you load or submit the form, information may be transmitted to and stored by Zoho on our behalf.
How we use your information
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, communicate about requested services, provide customer service, and address the reason you contacted us. We do not use contact-form information for unrelated purposes unless we have a lawful basis or appropriate permission.
Data security
Zoho states that information transmitted through Zoho Forms is protected using TLS/SSL and that stored data is protected by security controls including encryption at rest. No method of transmitting or storing information online can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You can use the phone number or email address on this website without loading the Zoho form. If you previously allowed the embedded form, use the “Reset form privacy choice” button below to remove that saved browser preference.
Correcting or removing a submission
To request review, correction, updating, or removal of a form submission, email customerservice@rpcky.com. Include enough information to identify the submission. We may need to verify the request before acting.
